No clarification for double asterisks

[Enter feedback here] In the matrix for "How does the Hyperscale service tier differ from the General Purpose and Business Critical service tiers", in the Resource Type column on the IOPS row, there are double asterisks next to "Single Database" with no notation in the legend below the matrix for double asterisks. There is only a notation for single asterisks.
