Describe extra step when debugging existing web application #42216

I followed the steps on this page on an existing .net core web application. If you have not run azds prep before, the launchsettings.json file in the solution does not include the extra profile 'Azure Dev Spaces', so you cannot run that directly. Maybe something to document here.

It seems I had a class library as a start up project. The Azure Dev Spaces extensions will display the option 'Azure Dev Spaces' on the Run button only if you have a web project as startup project. Maybe something worth documenting for the future.
