The referenced SUSE documentation refers to multi-tenant HANA installation. Multi-tenant HANA installation is supported on Azure as well.
The statement in the Azure documentation is that currently multi-SID SAP Netweaver / S/4 HANA clusters are not supported (i.e. SAP application layer) .

I wold like to understand why Multi-SID is not currently supported with SUSE Linux in Azure, specially because the SUSE documentation indicates that this setup is currently supported for SLES 12
