This subscription is restricted from scaling Azure Database for MySQL resources in this region. #44781

I am using Microsoft Internal Subscription. When I try to create MySQL DB for Drupal 8, I see following error while configuring MySQL:

This subscription is restricted from scaling Azure Database for MySQL resources in this region.

How should I get rid of this error?

@Anand-Moghe Please provide the screenshot for the same and also give us the region that you are trying to create the MySQL db in. This would help us to work on this further.

Please see the screen snapshot above while trying to configure MySQL for Drupal8 image in US West and US Central region.

@Anand-Moghe To preserve capacity in constrained regions for existing customers, regional "offer restrictions" are applied on some created Azure Subscriptions. If it is imperative that you have to create the DB in the mentioned region, we would advise you to raise a CSS ticket and they will work with capacity planning to enable your subscription for the region. Additionally these constraints will automatically lift at the start of 2020 but there is no ETA for this. Hope this helps.
