Increase vCores or storage space #44812

It is not possible at the present time to slide the slider. Can you clarify what must be done to scale the storage (and or vCores).

@AndreasMWalter It is not possible to do this currently using slider. You need to create a ticket with support to do this. We are aware that it is not mentioned in the portal or document any where. We are trying to add this information in Portal blade. But the realistic time we are looking at having that message there is early next year. Let us know if you have any other question,

I have got lots of questions, not sure this is the right place to ask them. For example how smooth will the process run, how long will it take for support to grow the disks. (The customer in question has premier support as far as I remember) But most importantly, can it be scaled down if necessary or is it upscaling only... I assume some of the questions are best asked elsewhere.
