Some users are redirected to the ServiceNow logout page.

Hello guys, I believe this is more of a question. We set up Azure SSO on ServiceNow and some users have a GUEST account on AD Azure because they are vendors in our company. For users with common employee account / licensing, SSO redirection happens, but for third party users who have been registered as GUEST redirect does not work and they are redirected straight to the ServiceNow LOGOUT page.

Can you help me if I missed something?

@gabi0611 I don't think these guest users are getting directly redirected to ServiceNow logout page. If the SSO is not working for these users then ServiceNow will redirect the user to logout page. So I suggest that you capture the trace and then find out the correct user mapping needed for guest users. With that it should fix your problem. You can also open the support ticket with Microsoft and our support team will help you fix this issue.
