Azure Scheduler - Update documentation important notes and next steps #45321

As Azure Scheduler is retiring on Dec 31, 2019, additional options for scheduling other than Logic Apps could be presented, with a capabilities matrix.

This page / documentation for scheduler could be updated with the go-forward paths to scheduling apps.

In addition to Logic Apps, other alternatives to Azure Scheduler could be listed:

  1. Azure Automation Jobs
  2. ADF Triggers
  3. Scheduled Function Apps
  4. Databricks Jobs
  5. Elastic Database Jobs
  6. AKS / CronJobs
  7. Recommended enterprise schedulers in Marketplace
