Please add expected network bandwidth

The "Size table definitions" section of the page even defines the "expected network bandwidth" column, but the column is not present.

I opened #19981 for this over a year ago and it was closed without an answer.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll reconsider adding the expected network bandwidth (for Ethernet, not InfiniBand) for the SKUs. The implications of adding that 'expectation' are that the observed performance from the workload depends on a lot of other factors as outlined in the section. @cynthn
