Azure Devops Administrator - Reclaim Orphaned Organisation #47574

Can the process for reclaiming an orphaned organization be explained in detail.

The following is in place: Azure Devops administrator role yet when I attempt to access the organisation I get A REQUEST TO THE ADMINISTRATOR page and I know that the administrator no longer exists in the Active Directory.

This solution does NOT work!!

The org blocks the devops administrator asking them to request access from the org administrator.
