I agree, this information would be extremely helpful. Postgres 12.2 has been out for roughly a month, so very curious to see when it will be out. Additionally, when Citus 9.2 + PG 12 will be integrated into Azure Postgres Hyperscale.
PG 12 original release was half a year ago. Is this going to be supported? Is there any roadmap or even rough estimate? I would really like to have access to computed fields that were introduced in v12.
We need Pg12 since there is major feature update using non-materialized CTEs. Is there a chance to have it in Azure?

Well... I guess this answers what cloud provider I'll be using :/
Im afraid we too...
Thank you for reaching out and for your feedback. We expect to have Postgres 12 available by end of this year. We encourage you to use the feedback page to add your support to items you're interested in. That will also allow you to receive direct notifications of announcements for that feature.

Thanks - thats fair to know that we cannot count on Azure. By the end of 2020, there will be Postgre13 out for 3 months :-(
We hear your frustration. Making major versions available more promptly is feedback we have received and are working to get better at.
It would be nice if this page had a timeline with planned support for newer versions of PostgreSQL that are not supported yet, like PostgreSQL 12.
