Change to FireFox configuration required for FireFox 67 and above

In the "Use the tunnel from your browser" section of this article, instructions for configuring a proxy for FireFox are provided. Beginning in FireFox 67, network.proxy.allow_hijacking_localhost must be set to true in about:config, or the connection to the remote headnode will not work.

This applies to the HTTP proxy and we use SOCKS5. I am thinking this is not applicable, but verfying. Sorry for the confusion.
