Service tiers explanation inconsistencies #51745

Hi,

I see that in this link https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/updates/azure-sql-database-introduces-new-basic-standard-and-premium-previews/ which was updated Feb 12 2020, the service tiers mentioned are Basic, Standard and premium whereas in this page, the service tiers discussed are Business critical, Hyperscale and General purpose. It would be easier if there is consitency in the terminologies used.

Also in the above mentioned link, there are redirecting links "Choosing an Azure SQL Database Service Tier" which are no longer updated and maintained. Can those links be updated to point to the latest documentation?

Thank you.
