@maseedat I have tried the sample and it works for me well as following:

Could you please check if you are using the whole sample and you have set the environment variables in your system as https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cognitive-services/cognitive-services-apis-create-account?tabs=multiservice%2Cwindows#configure-an-environment-variable-for-authentication
