Frustrating error when creating new collection #52222

I followed all the steps outlined in above document including step 5 where it says to keep Replica Set Name field empty. When I click on connect I am able to connect successfully. I am also able to create database. But when I try to create collection, it throws below error -

We are sorry we couldn't cater to your needs at this time.

Due to the ongoing situation with Covid-19, capacity allocation is being prioritized for First Responders (fire, EMS, and police dispatch systems), Health screening and management applications.
