Israel are "coming soon in 2021" . Spain opening date not released yet. Which regions they will be paired with is interesting question, since it will be single region per geography . Both will have AZ, like Singapore and paired with other country. Small geographic areas practically dont have multiple regions per geography, but have AZ to give better data redundancy (ZRS) and HA ,but still have data sovereignty .
