IWA without Preauthentication? #5634

I'm publishing some anonymous / public pages (SharePoint 2016) and therefore need to use Passthrough in AAD App Proxy.

However when users click "Sign in" I'd like for them to be sent to the AAD IWA page to log them in with KCD... is there any way? i.e. I can't use Preauthentication. Surely there's a URL that I could redirect users to?

I'd rather not have a second AAD App Proxy that is set to preauthentication on a different URL, and then hack the "Sign in" button on the first site if possible, that's messy.

@mtillman I don't know how to remove the assignment to the author (I didn't assign it in the first place). However, my question does relate to the documentation, section "Configure single sign-on" covers KCD with preauthentication, and my question is if the same can be achieved without preauthentication. It's not strictly a "documentation issue", but it is still a valid and relating question, no?

I apologize Steve. I meant to address my comments to @azure-cxp-triage, so that they would reroute your request. You question is a good one about an undocumented scenario.
