Outdated default value for Durable Functions Core Tools #60234

According to the Task Hubs docs the default task hub name is TestHubName for Durable Functions v2. The docs for instance management should mention that you have to specify this if you use Durable functions v2, because for the Functions Core Tools DurableFunctionsHub is the default. Or even better, change the default to TestHubName
