Gettin forbidden error while trying to create database or container #61786

Capturecosomosdb Hi i'm trying to create a database container through the emulator. I'm getting the error quite often

I didn't referred any documentation. I emulator downloaded from https://aka.ms/cosmosdb-emulator. I got the issue when i tried to create database. I got the issue.
