ConfigureAppConfiguration is in preview only #62098

ConfigureAppConfiguration is in preview only and you won't find it if you don't know that you need to enable preview packages in your nuget search filters.

It would also be helpful to include the content of https://github.com/Azure/azure-functions-dotnet-extensions/wiki/Configuration-and-FunctionsHostBuilderContext-support.
