I set my key and my endpoint, but I still get this error, no matter how many times I restart my IDE (VScode by the way).

Thanks, after setting the COMPUTER_VISION_SUBSCRIPTION_KEY and COMPUTER_VISION_ENDPOINT respectively we are able to execute the sample successfully as shown below. please check os.environ returns set of environment variables If not please add the same.
