Data Exfiltration topic should be moved to bottom of this page #62666

The Data Exfiltration topic currently appears very first in this piece of documentation. It should appear at the end (as a more advanced topic) as its appearance at the top is causing a LOT of customer confusion for those just trying to understand and configure PrivateLink for Azure Synapse and Azure SQL DB.

Its placement at the beginning also causes an odd reading experience as it begins with something very detailed and then goes into an overview description of PrivateLink followed by basic configuration etc.

@SQLAdventurer The Data ex filtration prevention topic discussion is necessary to understand why the Private Link is necessary for further securing the Cx Databases. If we remove the section the confusion may arise where Cx may think that the why part of the question, specifically why the Private link is required.

I did not ask that the section be removed. I agree that it is a necessary section. I suggested that it be moved further down the document to eliminate the confusion placing it so high in the document has caused customers. Please re-open and just move the section lower in the document
