CRITICAL FLAW in documentation describing Image Uploading & Tagging !!!

HARD TO BELIEVE I'M THE FIRST ONE TO FIND THIS FLAW (after this documentation being around for 3 YEARS)...

• On this page your sample code for DEFINING tags looks fine; BUT
• On this same page the next step is SUPPOSED TO be Uploading & Tagging training images, but you provide the EXACT SAME SAMPLE CODE FOR DEFINING TAGS :-O

FIX THIS ! HOW is anyone supposed to ADOPT these technologies if the very documentation we rely on for LEARNING it is FLAWED ???
