Can an Azure Container Instances container group be automatically assigned a new IP address after a restart NOT triggered by human interaction?

Under "Other limitations", the documentation states that "If your container group is configured with an IP address, that IP address can change when the container group is restarted."

• Does this apply to restarts triggered by the container group's "Restart policy"? E.g. if an application on a container in my container group runs out of memory and crashes, and the container group automatically restarts, could the container group be assigned a different IP address than before the crash?
• Does it apply to restarts triggered by data center rack failure?
• Does it apply to any other type of restarts which are not restarts manually triggered in the Azure Portal or other API?

I use Container Instances in a virtual network with private subnet. Not sure if this is relevant, but mentioning it just in case.
