This page currently says IoT Hub is a prereq but I just got here from reading an IoT Central quick start page. Is it an alternative to IoT hub?

Hello @panabaker Thanks for reaching out to us, We wanted to know the first tutorial which you have started with, IoT Central ?, could you please let us know which doc/tutorial you have started so that we better understand this issue.

@panabaker I think you have read the last section and navigated to here, right?

this isn't super clear. Rather, I would say "An alternative to creating an IoT Hub is to connect your device to the Azure IoT Central service. See this document for more information: Azure IoT Edge for Linux on Windows (EFLOW) with IoT Central"

Note, I would append "with IoT Central" to your link as it is the actual title of the linked page.

@panabaker I think we should submit the issue under the target document's repo, where we started actually. @rangv Do you have thoughts on this? Do you suggest we move this issue under the actual repo?
