Note, I would append "with IoT Central" to your link as it is the actual title of the linked page.
@panabaker I think we should submit the issue under the target document's repo, where we started actually. @rangv Do you have thoughts on this? Do you suggest we move this issue under the actual repo?
This page currently says IoT Hub is a prereq but I just got here from reading an IoT Central quick start page. Is it an alternative to IoT hub?
