Charged Hundreds of Dollar - very upsetting #73578

I tried learning about Azure. I was going through the AutoML tutorial - and I successfully ran the demo cases on this tutorial page. Two months later while reviewing my credit card bill I was shocked to see that I have been charged more than a hundred dollar month after month since then! Apparently I forgot to switch off a virtual machine that I used for this tutorial. I am so upset! How can this be possible? Microsoft Azure is one of the leading products and should not rely on gotcha-type business when a customer in good faith tries out a little demo! How can I get a refund?

Please go ahead to create a ticket by https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_Azure_Support/HelpAndSupportBlade/newsupportrequest and select billing and also the target subscription. Please add more details in this ticket according to your case. Thanks a lot.

OK, last month I was charged a rather large amount despite my complaint. I then made sure shut down those two virtual machines that were running due to that regrettable tutorial I worked on. Today I obtain ANOTHER charge even though I thought I shut down everything. If this cannot be resolved I will involve the Better Business Bureau Please have someone contact me to help me shut down everything! Does it play a role I am educator in a computer science department and head of an industrial data science team? Not sure if I should bring it up but I am expected this matter of my personal funds being charged for things I do not want to be taken seriously or i will escalate it.

Last month I was charged a rather large amount despite my complaint. My complaint led to no action on your side, and I was charged against my protest for resources I did not make use of. I then made sure shut down those two virtual machines that were running due to that regrettable Microsoft AutoML tutorial I worked on. Today I obtain ANOTHER charge even though I thought I shut down everything. Please see attachment. Below you are confirming that my Azure subscription has been cancelled. If my Azure subscription is cancelled as you confirmed below how come I am still being charged new items every month?
