Mongo 3.6 Compass username/password connection is not supported and wont connect.

[Connecting with Compass using username and password doesn't not work with Mongo 3.6 . Upgrade to 4.0 to use this method of connecting to Cosmos DB with Mongo API using Compass]

@christopheranderson, @jtwalters25 I did a repro of the same using the steps in this document and I was able to successfully connect to MongoDB Compass with both version 3.6 and 4.0.

@jtwalters25 - I also can't reproduce this with 3.6 vs 4.0 on Compass. We have a known issue with 3T we're working with them on related to connection string parsing. Is this something you're still seeing an issue with?
