Add an explanation to the PVC acronym

PVC stands for "Persistent Volume Claim" , that has been mentioned in the YAML file

Thanks again for taking time to share your feedback and help improve our Azure documentation, I have raised a PR to add the acronym outside the YAML file so that its readable. Once the PR is reviewed and approved , changes would go live.

At this point it appears that there's no further edits or updates needed to the documentation, other than what has been listed above.
