Billing scopes #74751

[Enter feedback here] I have a number of pay-as-you-go subscriptions at my business and I want to be able to use PowerBI to create more in-depth reports on cost management. I have read the documentation but I don't have any 'billing scopes' or 'billing accounts' and the documentation goes to areas I can't find on the cost management service. Is this because it isn't available for pay-as-you-go and I have to get an EA?

@Bhodges94 ACM connector with POWERBI currently only supports EA and MCA accounts.
