Difference from email notification to subscription owner

I usually get email notifications related to essential updates or advisories as Azure subscription owner like the following.

Are there any differences between the email notifications and Service health notifications from the contents point of view? Duplicates or selected by some criteria/policy? It should be described on docs to avoid missing important information.

I want to streamline notifications from Azure, so let me know it. Thanks!
