Have trouble when start cosmosDB emulator #80643

[Enter feedback here] Hi Team,

I followed the doc to install and start cosmosDB emulator, but every time I start it, a Just-in-time debugger windows will pop up like this image This is the .NET framework installed in the computer, image Do you have any idea how to solve this problem?

@AshleyYangSZ Thanks for reaching out to us. Mostly the error could be related to framework. Can you please try repairing the framework and try running it again?
