Comparison of various Spark options in Azure

In addition to Apache Spark in Azure Synapse there are a number of other Azure PaaS services that offer Apache Spark options such as Azure Databricks and HD Insights. Is there a page that discusses these different options and when to use each one?

For example there is a comprehensive table here that discusses the various SQL options on Azure - I am wondering where I can find a similar comparison table for the various Apache Spark options on Azure.
