Update documentation required

Hi,

the documentation should be updated, the AddAzureAppConfiguration() is under Microsoft.Azure.AppConfiguration.AspNetCore, not Azure.Identity as in the documentation.

@klucyszy I'm seeing the same thing. It appears Microsoft.Azure.AppConfiguration.AspNetCore is needed in addition to Azure.Identity. Assigning this to the document author.
