Provided sample for AzureFunctionTokenProvider is broken into parts and it doesn't work together

Provided sample doesn't work if simply copied and pasted together. It would be better not to break up the sample.

It would actually be better to simply provide a fully integrated project on GitHub with fill in the blank verses attempting to have people fill it in.
