NOAA Weather Data Missing

From the Open Datasets Page when I click on the NOAA Integrated Surface Data (ISD) or NOAA Global Forecast System (GFS) it doesn't seem to take me to the weather data :-( are these data sets no longer available?

On this Microsoft page it seems to show that there is NOAA Weather data available however, when I click on the links it doesn't show https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/open-datasets/overview-what-are-open-datasets#weather-data

This is the specific link in question.

What I am trying to do.

• Would love to be able to get historical weather data by zip code for every hour only for the USA
• Use ADF to make this data available in our Azure SQL cluster

We have a same problem to get data from "https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/services/open-datasets/catalog/goes-16/?tab=data-access".
