Prerequisites section simplification #84271

It seems like Prerequisites section simplification could use the same reference to setup script https://github.com/Azure-Samples/Synapse/blob/main/SQL/Samples/LdwSample/SampleDB.sql as it is done in the other tutorials. However, the explanation of what is actually done there may be put into the separate page (instead of just throwing it away). In that case, reference to this new page could be added across other tutorials too
