Consider removing PowerBI from your Quickstart guide

Hello,

Well, PowerBI is clearly not working with Azure in this situation. I spent way too much time (several hours) trying to make it work with no luck. I mean just try to play around with Power BI and Azure Synapse Workspaces or Azure Data Lake Gen2, it is clearly not mature ! Maybe you should remove it from that tutorial.
