Connection refused while trying to pull latest docker image #84856

I was following the install instructions from here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cosmos-db/linux-emulator?tabs=ssl-netstd21

Connection refused while trying to pull latest docker image:


root@playground:~# docker pull mcr.microsoft.com/cosmosdb/linux/azure-cosmos-emulator
Using default tag: latest
Error response from daemon: Get "https://mcr.microsoft.com/v2/": dial tcp 13.69.64.80:443: connect: connection refused
