Hit 1000 core limit when increase workspace-level quota

Our customer tried to increase vcore more than 1000. But they had the issue that the quota request only support value under 1000. I checked with Azure Synapse Analytics support team. They said customers can talk with case owner and increase it manually. And it looks like this kind of misleading happened several times in other countries too. I think we should improve the document that avoids this kind of issue happen again. Thank you.
