What exchange plan needed to access users contacts & events #85666

I have a user with Microsoft Teams Exploratory license assigned. When I try to acces it's contacts or events with Graph I get the followin error:

MailboxNotEnabledForRESTAPI Message: The mailbox is either inactive, soft-deleted, or is hosted on-premise.

On the other hand Microsoft 365 F1 works fine.

From my understanding I need to have a plan for exchange service for this to work. Microsoft Teams Exploratory has EXCHANGE_S_STANDARD. Microsoft 365 F1 has EXCHANGE_S_FOUNDATION.

I thought any exchange plan should work. Could you please state which EXCHANGE_* plans are needed for that? Or am I doing something wrong here?
