Data Sync is not available on Hyperscale, but is not listed as a known limitation. It is listed as a known limitation in one of the DataSync docs. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-sql/database/sql-data-sync-data-sql-server-sql-database#general-limitations
