need more info on how to optimise build time

my builds take >2 minutes now and I've been binging how I can speed whats been given to me up a bit, found this article https://www.lazy-electron.com/2020/12/27/azure-static-web-apps.html and the author complained this article hasnt got enough detail on how to speed up the github action. there should be some kind of information on the usual nonos that make the build take a long time.

There's nothing specific that we can call out to help build timing per se, but a PM told me that you could choose to have a pre-built app and go for skip_app_build to save the build time. I'm not going to add it to the article, as it doesn't make a huge difference, but just in case you want to give it a whirl... Thank you and have a great day!
