Alert/notification properties & Resource Alert Properties

It would also be good to clarify if these notification properties can be used when creating the alerts. I.e. it is unclear if all or some of these notification properties are also alert properties and can be used to trigger different alerts.

In addition it would be really good to get a version of this page for Resource Health Alert (&/or Notifications) properties. I can't find anything about what properties options are available for Resource alerts.
