How to find callee ID from Teams identity

We integrated the MS team's feature into our APP. Currently, we are investigating how to initiate a 1:1 video call from the team's feature.

In this doc, it mentioned Caller ID which is used to connect. But we would like to initiate the call from the MS teams App. For that, we need to generate a callee ID from Teams identity. 1) Is there any specific document or way to generate a callee ID from Teams identity? 2) Apart from this way is there any different ways to start a 1:1 video call using Teams identity

We followed the below documents but so far no luck
