Clarification around Microsoft Sentinel "Always on" status #92707

This document puts Sentinel in the "Always on " category and defines that as being fault tolerant across zones and regions. However, my understanding is that neither Sentinel nor Log Analytics are fault tolerant across regions. Pls clarify
