Azure Workbook text parameters documentation is missing the criteria link

It's missing a link to "Text Parameter Criteria", you can only find it through Application Insights Workbook documentation by googling. https://github.com/microsoft/Application-Insights-Workbooks/blob/master/Documentation/Parameters/Criteria.md

I haven't been able to find it any other way.

We are actually in the middle of the process of going through all of the workbooks content, and we are aware that there is a lot of missing information. We are working on it! I am going to add this to the list of our items to update.
