Update request for new publishing options

Hello Team,

There are new options within the Properties section of a SaaS offer that aren't documented here:

• Apps
• Microsoft Clouds for Industry

Does selecting Apps make you available from a storefront within the Office suite apps?

What requirements are in place for certifying for Microsoft Clouds for Industry? It's a selection here that references outside requirements and it would be good to know where to go to learn more.

@DougPetrole - app vs. cloud for industry is applicable across all offer types, not just SaaS. App was the only default before cloud industry was introduced. Defining Industry under App show in the App gallery on AppSource and makes it searchable under the selected industries. I'm not aware of Office suite of products supporting industries other than Teams in-client store.

I don't know the requirements for cloud industry, the ISV must be a managed ISV and need to contact your MSFT POC for requirements.
