Deploy TemplateSpecs-Ressource (Main Tempalte + Linked Templates) with ARM instead of Powershell/CLI #95767

Can I deploy a template specs resource (with linked templates) with ARM tempaltes instead of Powershell and CLI ?

I found the following template , but nowhere can I find a working example for it : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/templates/microsoft.resources/2022-02-01/templatespecs/versions?tabs=bicep
