Provide Information on Region Support #97015

There is no documentation referencing which regions are supported for Custom Commands when only some are supported:

Error from Speech Service portal:

Switch to a supported region (West US 2, North Europe, West US, East US, East US 2, West Europe, Southeast Asia, Central India, West Central US, East Asia, Japan East, South Central US, South Africa North, Jio India West, Germany West Central, Switzerland West, Central US, UAE North, Norway East, West US 3, East US 2 EUAP) to create projects.

It would be helpful if this information was in the documentation

@nastassiar Thanks for the question. We are investigating the issue and will update you shortly.

@nastassiar At this time, Custom Commands supports speech subscriptions created in regions that have voice assistant capabilities.
