Hi @WrishavM , thanks for contacting Microsoft! Are you trying to export a bacpac from a SQL Managed Instance using PowerShell? Unfortunately, that is not currently supported:

Exporting a BACPAC of a database from Azure SQL Managed Instance or from a database in the Hyperscale service tier using PowerShell is not currently supported.

Please feel free to submit a request directly to the product group at https://aka.ms/sqlfeedback so that your suggestion can be triaged and tracked appropriately.

I'll go ahead and close out this Git Issue for the time being but please feel free to comment should you need anything further.
