The Azure ML documentation states that:
"To use Conditional Access for Azure Machine Learning workspaces specifically, assign the Conditional Access policy to Machine Learning Cloud app."
But when Azure ML Cloud App is assigned to a CA block policy, nothing happens, because Azure Machine Learning Studio (and all it's internal resources like compute, notebooks, etc.) uses Windows Azure Service Management API as displayed in the sign-in log evidence below. When a CA block policy is assigned with Microsoft Azure Management App, it blocks Azure ML, as well as everything else (which might not be the expected behavior).
